You could check in at one of the Airport Express stations in central Hong Kong (at any time on day of departure) to allow you to get to the lounges a little earlier.

I would suggest visiting The Wing F side for the food and a shower in a cabana (make sure you ask for a cabana and not just a shower), followed by the BA/QF F lounge.
