Thank you IAH Ryan (I'm in the IAH Pres club now)! Made the reservation via web support and didn't have the CO PNR, and the reservation didn't show up under "my reservations" on United. Had to enter the PNR. Guess this is progress--last time I couldn't see ANY CO seats, but this time I could at least the coach seats.
