I haven't forgotten. For examples, see my recent replies on the website bugs/issues thread. I'm perfectly willing to give advice and help just as lots of other folks here do.
But, yes, I do get annoyed by folks who - in my opinion - start worthless threads asking, for example, for the WN 800 number when they could have looked it up on Google spending less time and keystrokes than posting here.
Perhaps I'm jaded because I work in the internet industry and when my employees or my boss ask a question about something that could easily be found on Google and because they are internet savvy, I respond in the same way. Have you Googled it?
