Sometimes I feel the amount I tweet with @deltaassist and always get the same folks eg: ^BH she and the others know me so well and my past travel issues, praises, reports etc, it's a saving grace.
I started by tweeting when I didn't have an issue, just to wish them a hello or good day. Then one week day (non weekend) when I was going through ATL, I arranged a long cnx. JF and I along with some of his team agreed to meet in the E-15 SC. And the rest is history. Since then (Oct '10 I believe) we tweet daily and they have added 4-5 new people to their staff. I would like to meet the rest of their team if the opportunity presents itself.
