Free tool to check seat availability?
Is there a free tool to check what seats are available on flights apart from phoning BA up? I'm flexible with what flights I get so want to choose one that has is the least busy and has the seat that i want free before i book.

My travel arrangements are:
LHR - JFK 9th Sept F class
IAD - LHR 17th Sept F class
