AC has had the right to fly to Delhi for many years, but withdraw from the market a number of years ago. That's why the "dispute" between AC and Emirates is ironic........many travelers take Emirates to Delhi via Dubai. AC put up a big fuss when Emirates wanted to expand service, yet AC wasn't even flying the route they held for # years!
