I travelled with Thai airways from Bom-Lax in buisness class and my luggage went missing for 3weeks. Now they want to compensate me with $250 in travel voucher good on any flight for 1 year.
My problem is that I do not travel a lot.What is the use of $250 as Thai travel money. Should I ask them to give me miles instead.
