Only just became aware of the 100% credit rules with Star Alliance.

So my next set of international flights is outbound United but all other flights and inbound is Lufthansa. Currently my booking has both loyalty numbers, is there any way I can switch the Lufthansa flights to credit against my United Premier exec to consolidate the miles.

Took a look at the FAQ but couldn't spot this.
