It all really depends on what time you fly, because I believe all *A carriers not operating lounges are all contracted to NZ, while SQ has their own lounge. It also depends if the lounge dragon wants to let you in or not. If your *G, NZ should have let you in regardless, because by *A rules, you are entitled to use it with 1 guest.

The NZ lounge IMO is heaps better than Silver Kris.

RE: SQ F/J boarding pass, you are only permitted to use the SQ Lounge, NZ will not let you in, many people have tried. Although sometimes UA might let you in their RCC at MEL.
