The Fairmont Waterfront, Fairmont Pacific Rim are both Virtuoso properties. While this will not drop the rates at all you do get daily breakfast, either a food/beverage or spa credit and a space available upgrade at check-in. The added value may be worth it for some.

If you book through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel consultant you can get daily full breakfast, a $85 credit for lunch or dinner at YEW and an upgrade at check-in if available. I have gotten 7 category upgrades in the past.
