Would I, as a *G with CO, have access to the RCC or US Air Club on an international *A itinerary?

PC members have access to the RCC and US Club, correct? Does a PC member have access to every *A business lounge or contract lounge (at least when flying *A)?

And what about RCC members?

I ask because I'm considering PC membership, and also looking at RCC rules to see what rules *might* be in place with the United Club. Yes I did look online, but there are different things I found, either on the FAQ page, or the sites, or other travel sites..
I can't speak for RCC, but for PC Membership...

Travel within the US on a Star Alliance Member Airline:
- Continental Presidents Club (2 or Family)
- United Red Carpet Club (2 or Family)
- US Airways Club (2 or Family)

Travel within the US on an international Star Alliance itinerary:
- Continental Presidents Club (2 or Family)
- United Red Carpet Club (2 or Family)
- US Airways Club (2 or Family)
- Star Alliance branded lounges (1 Guest and Boarding Pass/Itinerary Required)

International Travel
- Continental Presidents Club (2 or Family)
- United Red Carpet Club (2 or Family)
- US Airways Club (2 or Family)
- Star Alliance branded lounges (1 Guest and Boarding Pass/Itinerary Required)

You should have access to an RCC or US Air Club even without an *A itinerary. RCC might be slightly different (not sure) but I have a feeling that all these rules will be tweaked and consolidated soon under one name (within a quarter or two).
