Understanding Presidents Club access (*G and PC members)

In general, I know that *G on an international *A itinerary have access + 1. Do *G (except for CO, UA, and US) have access to the PC on domestic *A itineraries?
Would I, as a *G with CO, have access to the RCC or US Air Club on an international *A itinerary?

PC members have access to the RCC and US Club, correct? Does a PC member have access to every *A business lounge or contract lounge (at least when flying *A)?

And what about RCC members?

I ask because I'm considering PC membership, and also looking at RCC rules to see what rules *might* be in place with the United Club. Yes I did look online, but there are different things I found, either on the FAQ page, or the sites, or other travel sites..
