Well done Brit. I think American needs to work on their int'l levels of service to be more competitive with BA and the others.

I for one can't deal with the Dallas Airport. It is too big, confusing, and takes too long to get to the next plane. I find
Houston to be a much easier airport to deal with.(if one must go to Texas, mmmmmmmm)

I was amused by the seat assembly and all, no one said anything to you playing with their expensive Business Class seat? cheers-
