This is evidenced by the fact this thread has not been removed as I suspect it would be on other FT boards - particularly as discussing moderator actions is not permitted on FT.

Their role iis voluntary and I think we should be glad we have them.

On a personal level they've been incredibly kind and helpful to me behind the scenes with a number of issues.

Keep it up chaps xxxx (one each)

Well yes, I completely agree with that, they have sense of humor, they contribute to the BA board and they write good trip reports, should we ask for more? Or is there anything more that they can do?

They don't get paid for that and although many of us spend a lot of time here, is completely different to approach the FT with professional manner, and all of the BA moderators are professional in their approach .

As for the OTs I don't have any problems, I personally don't generate any of those as I don't like to add them with extra workload but if someone else does it, if I am interested in it I will read it otherwise I will not. Certainly I will bother to ask the OP why he posted it.
(And I will not consider that this is a moderator's fault)

Our moderators are very good, they let the OTs for a day (in order the OP to get the help that he needs) and then they move it. I think their primary job is to prevent fights etc. Nothing else.... and as SRG said we are lucky to have such a guys.
