On arrival the Welcome Lounge is the best option as already suggested by oliver2002. Your arriving boarding pass should give you access to the lounge which is after passport control/baggage claim and behind baggage claim B on the arrival level. Last admission is 12:30 so you will need to get there as quickly as you can.

The train station for long-distance trains is on the upper level. To get there from the Welcome Lounge you'll need to go two floors up by escalator and walk across the bridge linking the terminal and the railway station as well as the Sheraton.

The Welcome Lounge closes around 1:00pm so you can find which might be the most convenient train to catch.

On your return 2+ hours for passport control and security check should be ok. The best lounge for your departure will be the Tower Lounge which is next to/above gate A65.
