Yes, The online form asks for all that information. I gave it to them, I assumed they could see the entire reservation.

Please let me know how your original message provided any details for the Indian rep to use to help resolve your claim....
It was in the form. How many times do I need to spell it out?

And as I said, if the original message and the form details were not enough I was more than clear in my reply. It shouldn't of needed 3 more responses.
