Any help? I'm visiting London for 5 nights in August with my 21 year old daughter, staying on points. We plan to travel around by subway, visit museums, and go to theater. I'm a Platinum SW member and almost always have been upgraded in Europe, points or paid.
Which hotel is the best for our needs? Which one is likely to upgrade us?
Does any one offer free breakfast in the restaurant or club room for Platinum members (like the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, our next stop)?
