Many people come here to start new threads complaining about bad single experiences, and to indicate how much they will "never fly AA again." In some cases the claims are quite valid (not as much here). Typically there is feedback about how to prevent what went wrong from happening the next time, but the poster usually is just interested in venting, and not preventing anything.
