Actually, I'd blame you for not knowing how to write a concise form letter and get a response.
Well the original "request missing miles" form has all the pertinent information (ticket number, flights, dates, times, confirmation number) included. So I was concise in my initial comment using the key word "original routing credit".
Even so, I was more than clear according to your guidelines in my first reply email.
