TL : DR - kana can't understand anything...

So from thread on the VDB questions through SLC from earlier this week, I learned I should be able to receive original routing credit for a flight in February so I send Kana through DL.com a comment with my ticket number as follows:
Just noticed I did not receive original routing
credit for my flight on 2/28 after same
day flight change due to denied boarding.
Kana's response:

So I reply:
On 2/28 I was scheduled to fly BTR-MEM-LAX-SFO, instead I was denied
boarding and traveled BTR-ATL-SFO. Due to the same day changes, I
believe I am entitled to the original routing and segment credit.
Please Advise.

As you can see, the routing was booked as BTR-MEM-LAX-SFO on 2/28. Due to a denied boarding situation, my trip was changed to BTR-ATL-SFO.
This is a loss of one segment which I believe I am entitled credit for.

The miles requested have NOT been credited to my account. Please advise below.
If you look at the original paid booking for ticket number 006XXXXXXXXXX it was for routing BTR to MEM to LAX to SFO.
On the morning of 2/28/11 I was rerouted on an itinerary BTR to ATL to SFO due to denied boarding.
I am requesting ORIGINAL mileage AND segment credit. This should be 3 segments and 2619 miles for travel on 2/28/11 instead of 2 segments and 2639 miles.
Call me if this is too confusing.
