In view of the number of previous reports of low limits on American Express credit cards it seems improbable that this is decimal shift error, but I can certainly understand your desire to discuss it with someone who is empowered to make changes. However, the notion that people who work in call centers are not "human beings" is troubling. Please mention if you'd like me to edit the thread title.
