Whoa...you get this because of HGVC? Do all HGVC owners get Diamond for as long as they own or do you have to hold a certain number of HGVC points? Are you required to buy from the developer directly to get this (vs. the secondary market)?

Holding any lifetime (as long as you're still an owner, I presume) top-tier status definitely alters the math quite a bit. Perhaps more than anything else in this thread. But....I've taken two HGVC promo tours and the salesman didn't mention this. You'd think he'd use it as the bullet to close his pitch, as it's a massive carrot to dangle!!
