thanks for your report Sharon, I stayed at the Marriott once and as most others ran into Hotel Policy being quoted as Marriott Policy but thats kind of normal when in Europe
Had a whole to do as well over an Upgrade , they claimed that free nights werent entitled to any MR benfits etc etc but did in the end relent
A very nice property (btw the Hilton across the street used to be a Renaissance, walked in didnt care for it).
No need to worry about a room with a view at this Hotel, simply there arent any since its not tall enough
Even with all the hassles I would go back, its location cant be beat a 15 min walk and Im at every place I wanted to see (Ok the Castle is a bit longer)
