It did for me, when I tried to buy a CO EWR-GRU BF ticket a month out for travel next week. The lil' 25 seat BF cabin was already filled (as it was from IAH). Bit out of the way, but at least I'll rack up more EQM going via ORD (with its 45 seat C cabin / 10 seat F cabin).

CO just doesn't have enough BF seats.
