Many here seem to think that BIS is somehow morally superior to any other way of gaining status. I really don't get it, and if you suggested changing benefits to account for it to DL I suspect they'd snicker while they were composing the boilerplate response.

As to the OP's suggestion, it would probably make zero difference to OP's upgrade percentage.
