After a bit of researching online and reading a ton of reviews, I think I'm going with the Actiontec wireless modem router. It's got great reviews, and as luck would have it, B&H has it for $20 less than the standard AT&T modems people are replacing with this one.

I'll let everybody know how it goes once the new splitter gets here.
