It is not at all separate in the new EI lounge - work stations run along one wall but with no division from the rest of the lounge - and they are designed for computers rather than phone use.

The next door DAA lounge has quasi-private areas. They may do a pay cash to use. The other option is to walk to the Anna Livia Lounge (it does or used to accept cash paying visitors). As far as I can remember, the work area is a little more private. You can walk from t2 to the anna livia lounge (t1) airside in around 5 minutes.
