I was flying at 16.55; the weather was ok. There was no excuse. I think that overall Swiss is still suffering from a lot of inconsistency. Out of 6 flights in business class there was only once a welcome drink served; on one flight there were still the small wine bottles, the food was so so (twice i got salade de choucroute (!!!!) with sausage).
