Thank you for the report. I am going to New York on Swiss on Monday and I have a funny feeling that service on the long distance flights will be better than SR, now that LX management has taken over.

I have never flown to Lugano but I will certainly try it sometime. I am a bit uncomfortable going on a Saab, as I read some negative press about this plane a year ago.
