Thanks for the suggestions/advice.

The NRT/HND transfer is new to me now that HND is a second Tokyo gateway. I was thinking of either lugging bags or having them shipped via takkyubin (sp?) before asking the board.

I don't know much about inter-city transfers in the US since I generally fly point to point from SFO. I know LGA exists, but have never flown there. I was thinking at first since HND is promoting itself as an int'l gateway that they might have had some sort of arrangement, so decided to ask the question.
