Thanks for the excellent trip report.
I'm flying my first flight in First Class on AA metal this weekend (two of my three flights are on TWA aircraft, and being on board TWA planes is like being home, so I know what to expect from them). Hopefully I will be offered a similar meal service on my flight (DFW-JAX, listed as Dinner flight, departing around 5:30pm).
