from doing research on these services, serve, amazon payments, etc is the 1099 issue. no one seems to know the answer. has anyone asked amazon or amex if they will be sending 1099 to all or just to those that hit the $20k limit? any cpa's in the house want to render an opinion?
they can send to whoever they want even if its under 20k thats why i dont do amazon payments anymore. even if they say they wont send it... they can change their policy/etc.
