Now that I'd like to try - a tea service named after me! Sounds like you've been having a good run with airline food lately - how would you rate the various *A carriers for food in J? Overall, was NG or BD better? They both sounded fabulous, although the NG wine-list didn't sound so good - Koonunga Hill is a $10AUD bottle of wine... I've only tried UA (mediocre) and NZ (excellent), and I'll be sampling SQ next month - though by the sound of it, they are slipping down the list.

I see BD (like SQ) offer espresso and cappuccino - have you (or anyone else) ever tried these on a plane, and are they ever any good? Should a boring coffee snob like me even bother to try them?

Anyway, thanks for another great report, Carfield, especially for all the juicy details of the meal service... and the chefs...
