Anyone notice schedule changes to the fall (and beyond) Spirit flight schedules?

I was just randomly checking future flights out of Latrobe and Detroit (the two closest Spirit airports to me), and I noticed some fairly drastic schedule changes.

The DTW-ACY flights, which have always been nonstops seasonally from May to November, are now nonstops only up September 6, which is after Labor Day, of course. Spirit still flies the route afterwards, but with an ungainly two connections.

The DTW-TPA routes go from daily service to three times a week from September 6 until mid-November. I suppose that is when holiday travel and the snowbirds travelling pick up.

The LBE-MYR flights go down to just twice a week after Labor Day weekend as well. I know from reading the Pittsburgh-area newspapers online that those flights are selling very well, so it can't be due to low demand.

All I can think of is that those rumored new routes from long ago may actually be coming online. It doesn't make sense that Spirit would be ordering more Airbus planes, then cutting existing route frequencies, so...

Should that rumored expansion happen to St. Lous, San Francisco, Seattle, New Orleans, etc., it seems like early July would be a good time to announce it, seeing as how it might encourage all those who refused to purchase the $9 Fare Club membership (who belonged for free by having the soon-to-expire credit card through Barclays) to rethink their decision...

I am hopeful that the expansion occurs, but I am still stewing about the new card from Bank of America not having the Fare Club membership included!
