I don't know if you are looking specifically for a bar menu at a nice restaurant, i.e. upscale pub food, or thinking that the absence of a specific bar menu means that they don't serve food at the bar. I have found that almost every nice restaurant will serve the full menu at the bar, including the tasting menus. Last trip I had a nice meal at B&B (Venetian) and Aureole (Mandalay). Sometimes you get a really good bartender who knows the menu well and is great with beverage pairings.
