I've been exploring something like this ...

YYC-YUL
YUL-ZRH
ZRH-EDI

EDI-FRA
FRA-ORD
ORD-YYC

All flights are on *A except YYC-YUL and the taxes and fees are in the $800 for F. What gives?? Shouldn't I be able to get it closer to $250?? Any secrets I need to know?
