There's really no way to know. Rates are market driven - much like the airlines. If enough rooms fill up at the $72 rate between now and when you book, it would push the rates higher. The rate could also be due to local or national promotions, and so many other factors. If at all possible, if this is a rate you find acceptable, don't wait. It's all relative to what you find acceptable and your tolerance for risk.
