Had applied for CIti AA Advantage Visa on May 24, they asked me additional documents, which I provided. Recieved letter today saying "We are unable to process your application because we are no longer accepting applications for the offer for which you applied."
I called Citi and was told offer code expired on Jun 7, however I can reapply for 75000 miles card again using same link with a new offer code.
I applied for the 50k/50k citibusiness offer on may 18th. They asked for further docs. I sent in a energy bill and business privilege license. They actually said they couldn't accept my BPT cuz there was no expiration date which is silly because my city gives non-expiring biz licenses. I then sent a bank savings statement and blocked the account number and when I called for a status update they said they needed to see the last four digits. I faxed it again leaving the last four digits unblocked on 6/9. I called 6/13 for status update and apparently they didn't receive it (second fax they didn't receive). They then informed me that my offer had a expired and that my app was void. They said they sent a new offer in the mail. I'm really annoyed cuz my credit was already pulled, I've been faxing them pretty frequently and now I have to reapply and generate another hard pull on my credit. Seems unfair.
