Clicking on "Plan and Book Your Itinerary" will bring up the tool you're looking for.

Looks like the problem is running it with Google Chrome - the javascript event its hooked to doesnt work, and just copypasting the link throws me into the Lufthansa tool. Works ok with Firefox, at least.
