(There are other threads in that forum you may want to look at too. When browsing the forum, look at the "display options" on the bottom of the page. You'll probably have to go back 100+ days to find some of the more detailed discussions)
Short version: They were providing excellent comps for several years, even to "low rollers". They cut people off late last year with no warning. They handled it VERY poorly. Their focus is on filling up the hotel with paid guests, they don't care about bringing people into the casino. You'd likely be better off focusing your playing on a different set of properties if you're looking for comps.
