You arrive at 0500 (2am UK time), which means the lights go on by 1.30am UK time, so you'll be lucky if you get any sleep.
Through the airport, into a car, and you'll be at your hotel around 7am (or take the 6am Aeroexpress train), feeling like complete cr*p.
Our people all take the 1830 UN/BD flight, which gets in just after 0100. It means at least you get sleep before going to work in the morning.
I entirely agree. I try to avoid taking the overnight flights, and when I do tend to prefer SU (shorter commute in from SVO, and generally on-time) or BD. I also frequent the 1830 UN/BD; while with only 8 seats it can be difficult to get a seat in J, even full-fare Y generally gets one a seat in the "premium economy" cabin, which is about as comfortable as CE but with inedible food.
