Even if you have a power outlet at your seat, there is no guarantee that it will deliver electrons to your device. I have never had a functioning power outlet in the F/J cabins of the A330-300, 767-400ER (aka 76D), 737, or 747. In fact, I have never had success in powering any device on any DL plane.
