Can anyone confirm for me (i'm getting mixed reviews on searches and from customer service) if the Premier card (the black one) has waived the fees on international transactions??

I heard this went into effect after March 2011 - but i'm finding mixed verdicts.

Anyone out there point to me?

I just requested a copy of the terms of my card - but it takes 2-5 days to arrive.
