I have had 7 of 8 reward flights flights upgraded due to the CO PresPlus card since may.

4 for myself and 3 for friends whose tickets i purchasd with my OnePass account.

Flights were
CLE-RSW (notified more than 5 days out)
EWR-RSW for a friend (notified t-24)
RSW-CLE (notified 3 days out)
RSW-EWR for a friend (notified after OLCI, before boarding)
CLE-EWR (Notified t-24)
EWR-CLE (notified 5 days out, 2 hours after booking))
EWR-CLE for my friend (notified 5 days out, 2 hours after booking)

Only one that didn't upgrade was CLE-EWR for my friend, on same routing as I. There were 33 people on the upgrade list, his name didn't show, I did show as upgraded.

Some I paid the $5 copay with the MC, others used my Amex.
