No airlines would transfer check bags between two airports in the same city. Since you are in the US, you know better it is not even possible arrive in LGA, then depart out of JFK, or arrive in ORD, then depart out of MDW would get your checked bag transfered.

I would rather suggest OP to book for SFO-NRT then NRT-SIN, I am sure the option is there, but it may cost more, but it is still better than hire the car from NRT to HND, cost or stress would be bigger.
