So because they loaded the paid rooms wrong that should apply across the board to reward stays too? I don't see it that way. Now if I had booked the paid stay for one night, as they had loaded, and later tried to back out of that, then yes, they should honor the rez.
I enjoy taking advantage of "exceptional" rates and have no problem with that. But to insist they apply the error to everything is just not right. If they wish to extend an exception, that's their choice error or not. Sometimes you can get some real good deals with a pleasant voice and friendly conversation.
