Well, although you didn't come back to tell us how the climb went and whether you managed to get the upgrade on the return, I have just gathered from some catch-up reading over on the BA forum that you a) had a successful climb, b) didn't get the upgrade, but c) had a fantastic journey back, trolley and all!!!!
