Australia to Europe on Jetstar??? No thanks...Honolulu-Sydney is bad enough - I don't think I could take 20 hours of Jetstar

Do they still make you hire pillows? When I flew the Honolulu-Sydney I had to hire a pillow and the sandwich was $10. It was terrible. Especially considering I thought I had booked Qantas (my ticket was Qantas)...
