Air NZ not crediting airpoints properly
I flew Auckland-Toronto and back recently. The tickets were booked and ticketed well before 1 June. The Auckland-San Fran legs should definitely be 80 status points and 80 airpoints each. However, they only credited me 50 airpoints for each leg - that's 60 missing airpoints!
I called customer service and they promised to look into it, but it's been several days and nothing fixed yet.
All I have to say is, REALLY? Like I don't have better things to do with my time than follow-up on gross incompetence?
