Would really like to see a rebate for Diamonds when stuck redeeming for a Regency Club room or a choice for full breakfast if being forced to pay the additional points for something that is already expected being a top tier member.

Its my pleasure to a point to pay a slightly higher rate at this hotel as in the past they have done almost anything to make me a happy guest.They work hard to give most a great experience.On the other hand I am not thrilled to pay extra points for something I have earned.........
